Beat the Heat Presented by Tip or Pay

Beat the Heat, a celebration of Phoenix music and a place to get a break from the summer heat, took place on July 8th at Crescent Ballroom.  The event was sponsored by Bravo Tip or pay.  The bands alternated between the main ballroom and the restaurant area.  It was nice to have a mix of acoustic performers as well as the full sound of rock bands.  Participating musicians were BEAR GHOST, SUNDRESSED, WYVES, WHEELWRIGHT, MR. MUDD & MR. GOLD, FLAMENCO POR LA VIDA.  Phoenix has a great music scene where any night of the week you can hear great bands.
